METALINOX... custom stainless steel working

Metalinox places side by side to the production of proper professional articles, the working and processing of sheet metal and tube realizing semi-finished and products ended on sketch furnished by customer.

The materials in which we are specialized are stainless steel, steel and aluminium and the sectors for which we operate are different and various: from restaurant to catering fields, from furniture, lighting, appliances to electronics and more.
From 1991 we work near customer, in a continuous and mutual cooperation that brought us, in all these years, to become a good and reliable partner for all our clients.

The versatility and completeness of our workings allow us to provide, in relation to customers’ needs, semi-finished products and components completely made in stainless steel AISI 304 - AISI 310 - AISI 316 or AISI 430 from 5/10 to 100/10 thickness, and tubular frames made in stainless steel tube AISI 304 – AISI 310 or AISI 316 from 8 to 100 diameter, square too.
Out technical office processes the drawings received directly by customers via e-mail or saved on cd-rom and offers the possibility to support their elaboration with the design of what they require.
The flexibility and professionalism of our staff permit us to produce small series too, in some cases even unique piece.
The principal workings we realize are the following: stainless steel laser cutting, bending, stamping, welding, finishing and packaging.

Our machine fleet consists of:
- 2 lines of stainless steel laser cutting systems (sheet and tube)
- Semi-automatic tube cutting line
- Bending machines for sheet with a maximum processing length of 4 meters
- Hending machines for tube D. 10 to D. 60, square too
- TIG and MIG welding work-stations
- Electric punching machines
- The cleaning and packaging division completes the production cycle of requested articles, ensuring the quality of manufactured product.
