All bain-marie trolleys are entirely made in AISI 304 Stainless Steel with the intention of assure the maximum hygiene and they are projected to guarantee the respect of the perfect food conditions during the phases of transport and distribution in terms of temperature and safety.

QUALITY
Both the electric part that the hydraulic one are realized using components of high quality and are certified according to the European Standards CE.

Technical Characteristics

• Ergonomic push-handle on the shorter side of the top of the trolley
• Adjustable thermostatic control from +30°C a +90°C
• Non-marking pivoting wheels made of synthetic rubber with chromed support, Ø 125x30, two with brake, for temperature from -20°C to +80°C (optional with inox support)
• Hot cabinet with two or three indipendent compartments
• Each compartment can hold 6 Gastronorm pans GN 1/1 - distance between guides: 57 mm
• Hinged doors with magnetic look and hinges 270°
• Perimeter rubber bumper
• Top with double insulated flap shelves for long side. Lids can be used as support surface for dishes and trays (model with double insulated flap for long side).
• Sliding covers on ball bearing telescopic rail with end limit stop. Sliding covers can be used as support surfaces, completed with edges to retain. The lock is assured by strong magnets.
